F.A.Q. from Carriers

Following delivery, carriers should send an invoice, signed bill of lading (BoL), and any other load-specific documents(such as gate pass, overages, shortages, damages, and lumper fees ) directly to A&A Global. To expedite processing and payment we highly recommend electronic submission of all documents. There are four options for submitting payment documentation:

a) Email PDF documents directly to A&A Global: info@aaglobaltrans.com
b) Fax documents to (+1) 2063495169
c) Or use "Cover Sheet"
d) Mail it to us at PO Box 216 Kent, WA, USA, 9803

For complete instructions on submitting invoices and load documents, download the Carrier Payment Instructions. Remember to thoroughly read your A&A Global Load Confirmation for any payment instructions specific to the load. We cannot process payment until all documents are received and accepted.

Step 1 : Call (+1) 2063495169 or text(set-up@aaglobaltrans.com) to request a setup packet.
Step 2 : Return completed setup package and copies of all insurance requirements. Email all the documents to set-up@aaglobaltrans.com
Step 3 : Once you have received notification that you are set up in our system, you are ready to start hauling for us!
This could happen for a wide variety of reasons. You might have missing or illegible paperwork; the load number is not written on each document, or the load number written is incorrect; the bill of lading is not signed; we’re missing your carrier invoice; or we’re missing other signatures or information.
